I had a fantastic time at the Bel Jou, set on a stunning hillside with beautiful gardens. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with lovely views. The staff truly made my stay memorable; they felt like family. While the steep hill made walking to town challenging, the shuttle service to nearby beaches and attractions was very convenient. The dining experience was excellent with a variety of options, and overall, I believe it offers great value for money.

The Bel Jou hotel provided a wonderful getaway with exceptional views over Castries. The staff members were incredibly welcoming, making our stay feel special, while the well-kept pools offered a relaxing spot to unwind. While the dining options could be limited at times and dining experiences varied, overall, it was a memorable trip. I would say the location on a steep hill was both a pro and con, as we enjoyed the views but it's not a place I would want to walk back from Castries after a long day.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Bel Jou! The views were stunning, the staff truly made our stay memorable with their warmth and dedication, and the entertainment options were a blast. While the location is peaceful, we did find the steep hills a bit challenging, and some parts of the property could use a little updating. Overall, it was a vacation we'll always cherish!
